摘要
本短注是对 Maekawa、Miura 与 Prange 的论文 arXiv:1711.01651 与 arXiv:1711.04486 的引介。这两篇工作分别处理了半空间 上 Navier-Stokes 方程的 mild 解的存在性，以及局部能量弱解的存在性。我们强调在潜在奇点附近对（次）临界范数的集中结果。这些笔记的内容于 2017 年 10 月在 IHÉS 的 X-EDP 研讨会上报告。
