摘要
生态学中收集的数据之一是植物学现象，描述生命阶段的时间。分析此类数据时，可能会使用连续分布或通过 probit/logit 模型来建模单个转换，这些简化可能以各种方式导致推断不正确，这些问题都源于忽略数据的自然结构。本文提出了一种灵活的方法，用于使用流行的 R 软件包 `mgcv` 对有序分类数据进行建模。包括有用图表、模型检查和派生量的 saxifrage 植物学现象分析示例。
