摘要
我们考虑一个用于微机电系统的非局部抛物模型。具体地，对于一个具有单调初始数据的径向对称问题，我们证明了在不存稳态的情形下，解会熄灭，从而在器件中发生接触。还证明了熄灭发生在单点，并获得了趋于接触的速率估计。给出了说明结果的数值模拟。
