摘要
本文研究具有仅速度耗散的 2D 不均匀不可压弹性系统的强解的全局存在性。由于时间权重的临界性，无法直接将 R^3 情况下的方法应用于二维情形。为克服主要困难，我们首先通过引入有效张量将原始系统转化为合适的耗散系统。然后，我们发展出一种新的分数时间加权能量框架，结合优雅的交换子和双线性估计，以无需常见的 div-curl 结构即可证明强解的全局存在性。
