我们建立了弱耦合Hamilton-Jacobi方程组消失折扣问题的收敛定理。关键步骤是引入该方程组的Mather测度及其相关测度，我们分别称之为粘性Mather测度与Green-Poisson测度。这是通过凸对偶以及紧集上连续函数空间与其上Borel测度空间之间的对偶来实现的。这是我们关于方程组消失折扣问题研究的第一部分，聚焦于线性耦合，而第二部分将关注非线性耦合。
