摘要
在 arXiv:1603.01051（本系列第一部分）中，我们引入了一种变分方法来研究环面上完全非线性、退化椭圆型偏微分方程的消失折扣问题。我们在此进一步发展该方法以处理边值问题。具体而言，我们建立了折扣问题解和临界值的新表示公式，并利用它们证明了消失折扣问题的收敛性结果。
