摘要

在本文中，我们建立了完全一般情形下的 Siegel-Weil 公式的第二项恒等式，并推导了任意对偶对的全局 theta 提升的 Rallis 内积公式。作为推论，我们解决了由 Steve Rallis 发起的全局 theta 提升的非零性问题。
