摘要

我们证明两个 C*-代数非交换环面强 Morita 等价当且仅当它们有同构的序 K_0-群与中心,推广了 N. C. Phillips 在代数单时的结果。这也被推广到任意有限生成 Abel 群的扭曲群 C*-代数。
