α-In2Se3的光电性质:从单层到块体

摘要
本工作中,我们报道了化学生长的层状(从1到37个五重层)及块体α-In2Se3样品在1.0–4 eV光子能量范围内的线性和非线性光谱测量,并与包含能带结构和G0W0计算的从头算密度泛函理论计算进行比较。
