非局部多物种 Fokker-Planck-Landau 系统的全局弱解

摘要
本文证明了三维全空间中等离子体空间齐次多物种 Fokker-Planck-Landau 系统弱解的全局时间存在性。Fokker-Planck-Landau 系统是 Landau 方程的简化，假设了线性化、速度无关且各向同性的核。所得方程通过多物种局部 Maxwellian 分布非局部且非线性地依赖于分布函数的矩。存在性证明基于三级近似格式、能量与熵估计以及紧性结果，对软势与硬势均成立。
