我们证明局部紧群 的顺从性等价于 的一个分解性质，该性质由 给出。这部分地回答了 Z. Hu 和 M. Neufang 在其文章《Distinguishing properties of Arens irregularity》（Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 137 (2009), no. 5, 1753-1761）中提出的两个问题。
