关于 Dirichlet L 函数四次矩的一个注记

摘要
我们证明了 Dirichlet L 函数四次幂均值的一个渐近公式，该均值是对模 q 的本原特征标以及 t∈[0,T] 进行平均得到的，当 q ≥ T 时该公式特别有效。在此范围内，正确的量级此前是未知的。
