K(√n) 的类群的 4-秩

设 K/Q 为二次扩张。本文研究类群 Cl(K(√n)) 的 4-秩，其中 n 取遍无平方因子有理整数。我们证明，对 100% 的无平方因子 n，该 4-秩由一个显式公式给出，该公式涉及 Cl(K) 的 2-秩以及 K/Q 中惰性素因子的个数。
