摘要
为了分析癌症基因组测序项目的数据，我们需要能够区分具有因果作用的“驱动”突变与没有选择效应的“乘客”突变。为此，我们证明了关于指数增长的多类型分支过程中中性突变频率的结果，这类过程已广泛用于癌症建模。我们的结果为来自指数增长群体的样本的位点频率谱提供了一个简单的新的群体遗传学结果。
