指数增长种群中中性突变位点频率谱的极限定理

摘要
位点频率谱（SFS）是一种广泛使用的基因组数据汇总统计量。受近期关于中性演化在癌症中作用的证据启发，我们研究了指数增长种群中中性突变的SFS。利用分支过程技术，我们建立了Galton-Watson过程的SFS的（一阶）几乎必然收敛结果，该过程在固定时间或种群首次达到某一规模的随机时间处求值。我们最后利用我们的结果构造了生灭过程的灭绝概率和有效突变率的一致估计量。
