具有疫苗接种和治疗的非自治 SEIRS 模型的最优控制

摘要

我们研究了一个非自治 SEIRS 模型的最优控制问题,该模型的发病率由感染者、易感者和总人口的一般函数给出,并以疫苗接种和治疗作为控制变量。我们证明了该问题解的存在性和唯一性结果,并针对质量作用发病率的情形,给出了一些旨在比较自治模型与相应周期模型,以及受控模型与非受控模型的模拟结果。
