疫苗接种与血浆输注的最优控制及其对 COVID-19 的潜在效用

摘要
SEIR 模型是一种用于模拟传染病动力学的人群分隔模型。在本章中,我们在分隔 SEIR 模型中引入两个代表疫苗接种与血浆输注的控制函数。我们提出最优控制问题,以在最小成本下研究这两种控制措施对减少感染个体和增加康复个体的影响。据我们所知,血浆输注治疗从未被视作缓解传染病的控制策略。所提出的疫苗接种与治疗策略可能在控制 COVID-19 大流行这一艰巨难题中具有实际应用。
