Onsager-Machlup 泛函用于描述连续随机过程的动力学。对于取值于黎曼流形上的随机过程，已有广泛研究。我们针对 Heisenberg 群上的次椭圆 Brownian 运动，描述了关于上确界范数的 Onsager-Machlup 泛函。与黎曼情形不同，我们不依赖比较定理或曲率界等微分几何工具，因为这些在次黎曼背景下不易获得。此外，我们研究了次椭圆 Brownian 运动轨迹的精细性质，包括一种新的水平连续曲线概念。
