摘要
我们识别出 Stokes 方程中用于压力变量的范数，从而证明可获得与域宽高比无关的连续 inf-sup 条件常数。这与标准 inf-sup 常数不同，后者随宽高比增大而失效。我们进一步将结果用于构造 Stokes 方程在狭长域上的鲁棒算子预条件器。若干数值实例说明了该理论。
