摘要
在弱横向长波区域中，给定长波初始数据，我们证明在无限长条区域中，受上自由界面处重力和表面张力影响的无量纲化水波系统在 上存在唯一解，其中 为与常数 无关的某个参数。我们将在后续论文 \cite{MZZ2} 中证明，在同一时间区间内，这些解可以精确地近似为两个解耦的Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) 方程的解之和。
