我们利用边界Heegaard Floer同调计算了一类卫星纽结的tau不变量，这类纽结是通过沿博罗梅安环的两个分量进行扭曲感染（Whitehead加倍的一种推广）得到的。我们证明了所得纽结的tau仅依赖于两个扭曲参数以及两个伴纽结的tau值。我们还包含了一些关于边界Heegaard Floer同调的注释，这些注释可作为该主题的有用介绍。
