我们发展了具有高度对比（即非一致椭圆）随机系数的散度形式椭圆型偏微分方程组的定性均匀化与谱理论。本文重点研究当异质性参数趋于零时谱的行为；特别地，我们证明一般情况下谱不具有Hausdorff收敛性。理论分析辅以几个显式例子，展示了与周期系数系统或标量算子（随机和周期）相比，随机系数系统具有更广泛的应用范围和物理效应。
