这是系列论文的第二篇，我们介绍并研究一种严格的“单纯”实现，用于形式为M = Sigma x S1且任意单连通紧致结构群G的非阿贝尔Chern-Simons路径积分。更精确地说，对于M中的一般链环L，我们引入了相应的Wilson环可观测量的严格单纯版本WLO_{rig}(L)，采用Blau和Thompson所谓的“环面规范”(Nucl. Phys. B408(2):345-390, 1993)。对于一类简单的链环L，我们以非微扰方式显式计算了WLO_{rig}(L)，发现与Turaev的阴影不变量|L|一致。
