摘要

我们通过加权 Lebesgue 范数 $L^3_{-5/3}$ 证明了库仑势朗道方程熵耗散的下界。特别地，我们将 Desvillettes 所建立的权重指数从 $-5$ 提升至 $-5/3$ 。此外，我们证明了加权 Lebesgue 范数 $L^3_{-5/3}$ 对两个指数均为最优。
