摘要
本文研究带粗糙外力的不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程的Cauchy问题。若给定的粗糙外力较小，我们证明了对任意属于临界Besov空间（其中）的初始数据，该系统在时间局部的存性。此外，我们展示了由我们构造的先验全局解的长时行为。同时，给出了带外力Navier-Stokes方程的三种唯一性结果。
