摘要

我们研究了 zeta 函数在 1-线上的最大值与 $S(t)$ （高度不超过 $t$ 的零点个数的误差项）的最大阶之间的关系。我们表明，关于 $S(t)$ 的推测上界连同黎曼假设蕴含 Littlewood 的一个猜想，即 $\max_{t\in [1,T]}|\zeta(1+it)|\sim e^\gamma\log\log T$ 。在区域 $1/2<\sigma<1$ 中的关系也得到了研究。
