Talagrand 输运-熵不等式的新刻画及其应用

摘要
我们证明 Talagrand 输运不等式等价于一个受限的对数 Sobolev 不等式。这一结果澄清了这两个重要泛函不等式之间的联系。作为应用，我们首次证明了 Talagrand 不等式在有界扰动下是稳定的。
