Atiyah-Patodi-Singer 指标的格点表述

摘要
无边界格点上 Atiyah-Singer 指标定理因 Hasenfratz 等人的开创性工作而被充分理解。但其对具有边界系统的推广(即所谓 Atiyah-Patodi-Singer 指标定理),在 3+1 维拓扑物质中体模式与边缘模式间的 T-反常抵消起着关键作用,目前仅在连续理论中被知晓,迄今尚无格点实现。本工作中,我们尝试从 3+1 维格点畴壁费米子非微扰地定义一个替代指标。我们将表明,该新指标在连续极限下收敛于定义在具有边界流形上的 Atiyah-Patodi-Singer 指标,而该边界恰为畴壁的表面。
