摘要
闭流形上的Atiyah-Singer指标定理在物理学中被充分理解并受到重视。另一方面，作为对带边界流形推广的Atiyah-Patodi-Singer指标对物理学家并不友好，因其以非局域边界条件表述。近来我们证明了由域壁费米子Dirac算符可得到与APS相同的指标。我们的定理表明该指标可在无任何非局域条件下表达，以一种对物理学家友好且可直接应用于格点规范理论的方式。域壁费米子为理解反常流入的体-边对应提供了自然的数学基础。
