我们引入了 Toeplitz 与 Hankel 矩阵的 Verblunsky 型系数,它们分别对应于由 Toeplitz 与 Hankel 矩阵生成的离散 Dirac 系统与正则系统。我们证明了正定 Toeplitz(Hankel)矩阵与其 Verblunsky 型系数之间的一一对应,作为著名的 Verblunsky 定理的类似物。文中还描述了与谱理论的若干相互关联。
