理解辐照硅探测器电容测量的频率依赖性

摘要
电容-电压（CV）测量是硅探测器物理中广泛使用的技术。它给出关于全耗尽电压与有效掺杂浓度的直接信息。然而，对于高辐照传感器，测得数据与通常形状显著不同，使得上述参数的提取从不够精确到无法提取。我们针对观测到的频率依赖性给出一种解释，并基于此提出一种提取所需传感器参数的方法。
