摘要
时域光导滞后是广泛用于表征非平衡电荷载流子寿命、掺杂含量以及太阳能电池效率的手段,适用于多种半导体材料。大多数测量受限于检测单个频率和单个激发光波长的反射。我们 presented of a time-resolved photoconductivity instrument that enables broadband frequency detection(基本从直流到 100 GHz),temperature-dependent measurements,以及 multiple excitation photon energy。该测量通过共面波导实现,后者充当高效天线,其性能在 10 MHz-10 GHz 范围内得到测试。该仪器使得能够研究表面和 bulk 电荷复合特定过程。
