辐照像素传感器电荷收集的注量依赖性

摘要

CMS像素探测器的桶部区域将配备“n-in-n”型硅传感器。它们采用DOFZ材料加工,使用适度p-spray技术,并具有偏置网格。后者导致像素区域的一小部分对粒子不太敏感。为了量化这种低效率,将辐照粒子注量在4.7×10134.7\times 10^{13}2.6×1015\Neq2.6\times 10^{15} \Neq之间的原型像素传感器倒装焊接到未辐照的读出芯片上,并使用CERN SPS的H2束线上的高能π介子进行了测试。该读出芯片允许非零抑制的模拟读出,因此非常适合测量传感器的电荷收集特性。在本文中,我们讨论了收集信号和粒子探测效率的注量依赖性。此外,还研究了效率的位置依赖性。
