摘要
目前正在瑞士日内瓦欧洲核子研究中心(CERN)的大型强子对撞机(LHC)上建造的CMS实验的跟踪系统,将包括一个硅像素探测器,在其最终配置中,将为高能pp碰撞产生的径迹提供三个空间测量。在本文中,我们介绍了在CERN对辐照硅像素传感器进行的测试束测量的结果。测量了两种传感器设计在不同偏压下的洛伦兹角和电荷收集效率。
