原始二次 Dirichlet L 函数中心值扰动的一阶矩

摘要
我们采用双 Dirichlet 级数方法结合递归论证，对原始二次 Dirichlet L 函数中心值扰动的一阶矩进行评估。我们的主要结果给出一个渐近公式，其误差项的大小为主项的平方根。
