摘要
利用高分辨率 ARPES 测量了应变 HgTe 的拓扑表面态。表面态的色散形成一个 Dirac 锥,其原点靠近 \ghh 带顶:Dirac 锥的上半部分位于应力隙内,而下半部分位于重空穴带内,并一直保持线性色散直至 X 点。还测量了所有能带的光发射电子强度的圆二色性。
