摘要
我们展示了对三维拓扑绝缘体——应变HgTe的磁光研究，采用的技术利用了时域光谱的优势来放大来自表面态的信号。该测量提供了关于费米能级<1 meV范围内表面态色散的宝贵且精确的信息。此技术非常适用于追寻拓扑磁电效应和轴子电动力学。
