摘要
三维拓扑绝缘体代表了一类新材料,其中输运由狄拉克表面态主导而体相保持绝缘。由于表面态的螺旋自旋极化,三维拓扑绝缘体与邻近超导体的耦合预期会产生非常规的邻近诱导波超导。我们在此报道了在应变HgTe(一种三维拓扑绝缘体)表面开发和测量的SQUID,作为研究该效应的潜在工具。
