基于三维拓扑绝缘体HgTe的相位敏感SQUID

摘要

三维拓扑绝缘体代表了一类新材料,其中输运由狄拉克表面态主导而体相保持绝缘。由于表面态的螺旋自旋极化,三维拓扑绝缘体与邻近超导体的耦合预期会产生非常规的邻近诱导pp波超导。我们在此报道了在应变HgTe(一种三维拓扑绝缘体)表面开发和测量的SQUID,作为研究该效应的潜在工具。
