我们研究具有 Dirichlet 与 Neumann 边界条件的 Sobolev 空间中的双线性估计。在半空间情形下，为获得此类估计所要求的最优正则性被揭示出来，这不仅与函数的光滑性有关，也与边界行为有关。证明的关键在于如何处理函数及其导数在边界上的取值。
