摘要

由 R. James 引入的 James 树空间（ $\mathcal{JT}$ ）是首个被构造出的具有不可分共轭且不含有 $\ell^1$ 的巴拿赫空间。James 实际上证明了 $\mathcal{JT}$ 的每个无限维子空间都包含一个希尔伯特空间，这意味着 $\ell^1$ 不可嵌入。在这篇综述文章中，我们利用 Rosenthal 的 $\ell^1$ 定理和一些测度论论证（即 Riesz 表示定理），给出 $\ell^1$ 不可嵌入的直接证明。
