摘要
本文是一系列Compte Rendus中的第二篇。在第一篇[1]中，我们提出了非定向配边中的Dyer-Lashof运算理论。这里我们将讨论Dyer-Lashof运算与Landweber-Novikov运算之间的（Nishida）关系。它们被用来用覆盖流形的同调示性数表示覆盖流形的代数N_*Σ。证明基于覆盖空间运算的性质以及[1]中引入的D-环和Q-环的概念。
