摘要

设 $f$ 为群 $\Gamma_{0}(q)$ 上的Hecke特征形式， $\chi_{d}$ 为 conductor $|d|$ 的本原二次特征标。本文证明了在中心点 $1/2$ 处 $L(s, f \otimes \chi_{8d})$ 导数的二阶矩的渐近式，该结果此前在GRH下由Petrow \cite{petrow} 所知。
