摘要

本文报告了在 NH $_3$ /H $_2$ 混合气氛中，于 wurtzite-GaN/sapphire 上通过金属有机气相外延 (MOVPE) 生长 Fe 期间可能形成的与 Fe 相关相的 X 射线粉末衍射主反射峰（强度阈值 >= 100）。给出了 Cu K $\alpha_1$ 辐射 (1.5406 \AA) 在 25-100 度范围内的 $2\theta$ 值（按 $2\theta$ 递增排序）。为供参考，还报告了 GaN(000l) 和 Al $_2$ O $_3$ (000l) 的衍射结果。
