摘要
本文研究亚临界流行病灭绝时间分布函数，此时种群中足够大比例已被免疫和/或传染个体的传染力已被降低，使得有效再生数小于1。我们对SIR/SEIR模型进行此研究，其中传染个体具有感染年龄依赖的传染力，正如Kermack与McKendrick于1927年开创性论文中引入的模型。我们的主要结论是，将模型简化为ODE SIR模型（如流行病文献中大量所做的那样）会引入偏向更短灭绝时间的偏差。
