摘要
脉冲系统的时变ISS-Lyapunov函数提供了ISS的充要条件。这一性质使它们成为比仅提供充分ISS条件的经典候选ISS-Lyapunov函数更有力的稳定性分析工具。此外，时变ISS-Lyapunov函数涵盖连续与离散动态同时不稳定而候选ISS-Lyapunov函数无法判定的系统。本文通过提出一种由候选ISS-Lyapunov函数构造时变ISS-Lyapunov函数的方法，将这两类概念联系起来，从而有效地将候选ISS-Lyapunov函数的易构造性与时变ISS-Lyapunov函数的存在保证相结合。
