摘要
本文系统分析了与完全偶函数（模 ）相关的矩阵的最小特征值。我们得到了关于与完全偶函数（模 ）相关的矩阵最小特征值渐近行为的若干定理。特别地，我们获得了著名 Smith 矩阵最小特征值渐近行为的信息。最后给出了一些例子来展示主要结果。
