摘要

半单Lie代数 $\frak{p}$ 的抛物子代数定义了该Lie代数的一个 $\Bbb{Z}$ -分次。如果在 $\frak{g}$ 的第一分次部分中存在一个幂零元，其上的 $\frak{p}$ 的伴随群以稠密轨道作用，则该抛物子代数称为nice。相应的幂零元也称为容许的。单Lie代数的nice抛物子代数已被分类。在Borel子代数的情形， $\frak{g}_1$ 的一个Richardson元恰好是涉及所有单根空间的那个。然而对一般的抛物子代数，写出这样的幂零元是困难的。在本文中，我们给出 $\frak{g}_1$ 中容许元的一个显式构造，它使用尽可能少的根空间。
