我们考虑一类特定的二阶变系数散度型椭圆算子，在具有Ahlfors正则边界的均匀域中，并证明与任何此类算子及其转置相关的椭圆测度的性质蕴含该域实际上是NTA（因此是弦弧域）。其逆命题已知，由Kenig和Pipher的工作得出。
