摘要
随着机器人被引入越来越复杂的场景，当各类群体、人员与实体开始与已部署的机器人交互时，信任问题变得愈发复杂。这篇短文探讨了若干场景，其中机器人所面临的信任可能在它必须应对的一个（或多个）实体或群体之间发生冲突。我们还提出了一个关于通过可能的道歉来修复信任的设想场景。
