本研讨会聚焦于识别人与机器人之间的挑战与动态关系，以在教育、服务、协作、陪伴、养老院及医疗机器人等不同领域中促进短期互动与长期关系。为此，本研讨会推动了关于人们在“现场”对机器人信任的讨论，邀请参会者分享其过往经验与所得教训。
